YES, you can get the email from your website visitors in to your autoresponder list and legally email them!

Notes:

#1: it is Can Spam Act compliant – in fact it seems using this gets less unsubscribes than a regular ‘optin’

#2: you do need a web page or site that you can pop a snippet of code on to for this to work

Once the snippet is on your page you can get leads on to your email list without your visitors doing anything other than landing on your page/site!

#3: for the moment this only works for US visitors
