Friday again already, another week gone, and what a week!
You may have noticed some changes this week, I hope so anyway! 🙂
Gary (my business partner on ProfitMarketer) and I hadn’t been totally happy with where the business has been heading and how we’ve been doing things for sometime, so last week we had a series of long discussions to try and work out what we weren’t happy with and what we actually want to be doing…
The end result is the new style and format that you’ve started to get a taste of this week, and there’s more to come!
Starting with a ‘pure content’ tutorial video that I’ve put together for you that I’ll send out tomorrow, keeps your eyes peeled for the email…

Hi,
I know I’m showing my age here a bit, but do you remember that bit in the classic Monty Python film The Life of Brian, where the centurions weren’t allowed to laugh..?
If you’ve not seen it, search for life of brian biggus (I’ve missed the slightly rude word off the end of that) on youtube, it’s Monty Python at their best, VERY funny!
The best part about that particular scene is the actors playing the centurions were actually extra’s who didn’t know the script and were simply told they were not allowed to laugh, if they did they wouldn’t get paid…
Where am I going with this..?
You’ve probably seen 101 email from everyone and their third cousins hamster on this one today, it’s a new bit of video software called, wait for it, Explaindio!
Well this is a bit like that, the name just makes me wonder what the heck they were thinking… lol!
The guy behind the software is a friend of mine, and I’m sure he’s got a good reason for choosing that name, I’ll have to check with him and let you know, but to me it just seems a pretty funny name!
The software itself on the other hand, well, it looks like they know exactly what they’re doing…
BUT Gary and I have got a copy of the software to play with, so we’ll be doing a full blog post review of the software for you tomorrow.
Hang on Matt, what’s going on here I hear you say…
Yup, I’m not telling you to rush out and buy this, although I’m not going to stop you, what I’m saying is if you can wait until tomorrow Gary and I will be doing a thorough review for you so you can make a more informed decision as to whether it’s right for you! 🙂
We’ve both come to the conclusion that instead of just letting you know about the good stuff that’s out there and why it might be useful for you…

Hi,
a few months ago I was chatting with a marketing friend of mine who was about to become a father and he gave me a link for some baby clothes on Amazon that his misses was after and wanted me to get for them.

Hi,
well, there’s no movies for me this weekend, although I managed to catch Fury last weekend, that’s quite some war movie, quite brutal and bloody…
My son’s not been to visit for a couple of weekends, so we now have a big bunch of our favorite TV shows to watch together, and apparently we’ve both got homework to do as well (his being computer programming and mine research on a new web traffic course coming next week), I’m not sure how we’re going to fit it all in! :-O

I’ve also just ben reminded by my son that it’s that time of year again, and his anti virus license need renewing, something else to get done this weekend.
I use Kaspersky as it’s simply the best out there, and here’s a top tip for you, if you’ve got more than one PC, laptop etc. (I seem to have LOTS as I have ended up being the designated anti virus supplier for my whole family) then do a search on eBay for a multi ise license, you can usually pick up a pack of 3 licenses for around £16 ($25), which works out cheaper than buying single licenses!! 😉
oh, and also make sure you’re protected from the very nasty CryptoLocker or Game Over Zeus (GoZ) data encrypting malware, there’s some free info on how to do so at the bottom of this page:
